The innovative technology makes it incredibly easy for users to display their blood pressure on the screen. Synchronization with devices such as smartphones and tablets is fully automatic – eliminating the need to separately record heart rate and blood pressure.    

Improved health through artificial intelligence

In the Kardena® CARE Pro 2,  the latest  SFH2201 multi-oximeter sensor,  with its  14 percent larger spectral range  compared to the SFH2703, combined with  seven Fresnel lenses,  ensures unprecedented precision. This technology was also developed by the German company  OSRAM at its Regensburg location . The sensors analyze  blood flow in the  uppermost millimeters of the wrist skin  using light wavelengths of up to  750 nanometers . The newly integrated ,  high-  precision 512 Hz  sensor  technology  comes from  Maxim Integrated Products Inc.  in California. It analyzes the graph for  various abnormalities  . Another new feature of the Kardena® CARE Pro 2  is improved  sleep monitoring, including REM phase analysis with an alarm function for sleep apnea attacks, and heart rate variability analysis with Lorenz diagram display for early detection of diseases  such as  hyperthyroidism  or for monitoring the  menstrual cycle .

 

Complete equipment for blood pressure and heart rate measurement

The fully automatic monitoring of body temperature using the integrated Sensyling sensor is another special feature of the Kardena® CARE Pro 2 – with access to a daily temperature chart . Individually configurable alarm functions alert you as soon as predefined thresholds are reached and there is a risk of exceeding them – for example, fever (elevated body temperature) or an increased heart rate without any apparent cause. The proven 3-axis motion sensor from Sensortek Technology Corp. records activity data for sleep, steps, and exercise.           

The Kardena® CARE Pro 2 at a glance

The Pro model also includes a Maxim sensor for monitoring skin temperature and, derived from that, body temperature. The standard 22 mm wide wristbands fit wrists up to 26 cm in diameter . Our new health watch is available in black and, for the first time in the Kardena series, also in silver . The breathable silicone watchband is available in black, and you can also choose from three faux leather straps with a suede look . Our best-selling stainless steel strap is now available in black and silver .
